What are Clip in Hair Extensions?

You have an instant new look that is fairly easy to care for once it is applied. You can change the look at any time and know that the long hair has a limited life cycle.

Why clip 'n go extensions?
The most important things are choosing the best hair and the quanity of wefts you get in a packet. Our Hair is -Grade A - 100% Human hair, hand selected remi, cuticle in place and aligned. 95% of the hair is 18inches in length. Which means that the ends of the hair extensions are as thick as the middle and top. This type of hair is perfect for clip in hair extensions and is superior quality, soft to the touch. Long lasting and tangle free.The weft is sewn to help eliminate shedding. Most clip-in extensions come in single weft, whilst Clip 'n Go are made using double or quadruple weft's for a genurous amount of body.

Make sure you don’t get the cheap alternatives. Make sure you always look your best wearing Clip 'n Go hair extensions. Always check the hair quality and how many wefts are supplied and in what width. Some suppliers in the shops only supply 5 wefts in a pack, or one piece, that doesnt give side or top wefts for the full effect

Grade B - 100% Human Hair, remi, cuticle sometimes in place and sometimes non aligned - causes tangles. 70% of the hair is 18inches in length. This means 30% of the hair on the extension may only be 10inches, leaving a thinner end, the hair is sometimes stretched to make it appear longer, this is unacceptable for hair extensions.

Grade C - 100% Human Hair, non remi, no cuticle. 40% of the hair is 18inches in length. The hair is sometimes 'stretched' to make it appear longer. This means very thin ends!

Grade D - Yaki hair, synthetic and human mixed. 40% of the hair is 18inches in length. Thin ends and poor texture.

Do it yourself?
If you are looking for a quick Do It Yourself hair extension system with no long-term bonding, then you have found it. Clip-In Hair Extensions are easy to attach and can be perfectly matched with your own hair - giving you longer hair, lowlights, highlights, or added volume.

All clip–in hair extensions come in original and mega. These extensions can be clipped–in or out in minutes and are virtually undetectable. Just Do it yourself "clip-in" extensions save you time and money! It's quick and easy!

What type of Hair is used in Extensions?
We used 100% Human Hair in our Extensions. Nothing beats the versatility of human hair extensions. Human hair, unlike synthetic hair can be straightened with a flat iron, curled with heat, or chemically treated to perm or dye the hair. Thin and fine hair becomes full and thicker. Short hair transforms to long, luxurious hair. We guarantee that the hair we sell is 100% Natural Human hair.

How long do the extensions take to put in? 
A: They clip in with little snap clips with combs on that are invisible once you've got them in. With practice, they should take 5 minutes to put in & about 60 seconds to take out! (see fitting)

How are they attached to my own hair? 
They clip under your own hair by small snap on clips. The clips we use are all quality clips with a silicone insert so they will not slip and are extremely secure. Once fitted you will not be able to see the clips (see fitting)

Can they be straightened, curled or tongued? 
Yes, simply because it’s real human hair you can straighten and curl the hair. This actually is a test in itself to know if you are not being sold a synthetic product. * Body wave clip-in extensions already has a loose wave to them, do not straighten if you don't want to loose their natural curl.

Can I shampoo them and how often should I do that? 
Wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner.*Be more gentle with body wave clip-in extensions to keep their natural curl. Dry naturally.

Can I dry the hair with a hair dryer or use tongs?
Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a hair dryer or tongs, even when fitted. But as with your own hair, never use a hairdryer or tongs too hot. You will dry the hair and it will not last as long.*Be more gentle with body wave clip-in extensions to keep their natural curl. Drying naturally is best.

Can I colour the hair? 
Yes. The hair can be coloured. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first. If you habitually trash your own natural hair, you will most definitely TRASH the condition of your hair extensions- Guaranteed, regardless of how strong the hair is.

What about clips? 
We use metal clips with silicon tubing for secure grip. They weight less than
One gram each and just one inch wide so they are very easy to hide and the total weight of clips is a small fraction of hair weight.

What's the difference between Original and mega?
The Original 10 piece set giving the wearer added volume and thickness across the whole head. If you want your hair to look natural, the most important consideration is having clip-in extensions which interweave in your own hair and having plenty of side clip-in extensions as well as back ones. The Original set is made using double weft's. Suitable for people with long hair naturally.

The New Mega 10 piece set, using quadruple weft's for mega volume. Best for people with shorter hair and if you have very fine hair. The volume and amount of hair is just as important as length, or you may be left with a few clip-in extensions hanging down the back of your head, that look unnatural, wispy and show your real hair length. This is my preferred set as I like lots of hair and a very natural, full volume look. This set is double thickness of the Original set.

Can I exchange the item if its wrong colour?
We will happily exchange your item if it’s faulty. We can not refund if you choose the wrong hair colour for hygiene reasons.
